Two people are dead 25 wounded, one critically, after a mass shooting at a Miami rap concert early this morning.
The concert was being held in a billiards hall west of Miami Gardens.
According to police, three gunmen stepped out of a Nissan Pathfinder with assault rifles and handguns and began shooting “indiscriminately” into the crowd.
They have yet to ID any of the suspects.
The concert featured local rappers like Foepack ABMG Spitta.
“We believe this is a targeted act of gun violence,” Miami-Dade Police Director Alfredo “Freddy” Ramirez said. “This is a despicable act of gun violence, a cowardly act.”
Prayers to all of the victims.
I am at the scene of another targeted and cowardly act of gun violence, where over 20 victims were shot and 2 have sadly died. These are cold blooded murderers that shot indiscriminately into a crowd and we will seek justice. My deepest condolences to the family of the victims.
