Jonathan Majors was found guilty of two misdemeanor counts of harassment and assault in an incident involving his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbar.
He was found not guilty on one count of intentional assault in the third degree and one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree.
He faces up to a year when he is sentenced on February 6 but is likely to get probation.
He got his professional punishment shortly after the verdict.
Marvel fired him and will look for a new actor to play Kang.
