Maroon 5 has had a history of finding commercial success through collabs with rappers like Cardi B, Wiz Khalifa, Future and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie.
But they had yet to dip into the most commercially viable subset of rappers --the dead rapper.
The pop band will do just that with their next album Jordie, which is named for their late manager (and Jonah Hill's brother) Jordan Feldstein.
On the project, they get features from deceased rappers Nipsey Hussle and Juice WRLD, as well as living rappers Megan The Stallion and YG.
Jordi drops June 11 and we're wondering why they didn't get a Pop Smoke feature, too.
