Because he had already inked Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerburg on his right leg, space had become limited on that limb, so his new Mark Cuban tattoo ended up on his upper thigh.

Cuban reacted to his visage being immortalized on Kevo's skin with an emoji.
