How Many Cops Does It Take To Get A Shirtless Man Unstuck From A Basketball Hoop?

On Friday, Seattle police responded to a call that a shirtless man had somehow gotten himself stuck in a basketball hoop.

This upside-down Jordan was holding a hammer, and perhaps that's why so many cops congregated to deal with him. It took them a while and a ladder, but the authorities finally did jar him loose .

The police debated charging the man with property destruction.

But ultimately they didn't, and instead sent him in for a much needed mental evaluation.

Oh, and we counted at least 19 total cops, firefighters and EMTs.
