Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have been dating for about five years, a relationship born out of shared opinions on blood drinking.
The two will soon have something also to bond them.
Yesterday, Fox announced she is pregnant with MGK's child.
It will be Megan's fourth kid; the previous three were from 90210 alum Brian Austin Green.
MGK has a 15-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
