On the Million Dollaz Worth Of Game podcast, Ma$e broke down exactly why he's been pissed at his old label boss Puffy Daddy.
[Instagram post not found]"Let me take my shades off for that," he said when asked about his grievances against Puff. " I can say this because this is not something I didn't say to him ... I felt like I did more than I got credit for, more than I got paid for ... I never got paid what I'm worth and I never got the respect I was worth. But the disdain I got for Puff, it's more like he's trying to keep me here, n*gga. I'm not here. All my peers is up here. Al my peers are bosses. Somebody did work with you, they go from you loyal man to maybe A&R to maybe something else. He just tried to keep me right here, like, he didn't want me to grow at anything ... Puff would go out and party and I'd be in the studio writing records. And he's saying this is his part or that is his part, but I was the person creating it all. And even 'Mo Money 'Mo Problems," I can up with that. I came up with the beat, too ... just imagine all of these moments that are taken from you. The records, the beats, you ain't getting the money, you ain't getting the publishing, you ain't getting the respect. Me quitting after one album, it ain't take me long to figure it out."
"That's just the beginning. Then there is people who try to do bodily harm to me. They would be in the house with Puff. So I'm like, it's a funny game y'all playing behind the scenes. So when people see me all turnt up, they just see me aggressive they don't know why," Ma$e continued revealing Diddy used to hang out with the same goons who would try to rob him. "Now my head is bugging because anytime something happened to my it's from people who are with him. This is supposed to be the n*gga I'm signed to."
What do you think about that, especially in light of what Ma$e did to Fivio Foreign?
