Lupe Fiasco is really taking advantage of Twitter and the power to start a debate.
Just this week, he tweeted at Joe Budden and asked him for his spot in Slaughterhouse, which started a huge discussion around who should be the "new" fourth member.
Now, Lupe is getting Twittersphere poppin' again, this time for a list he put together.
According to Lupe, there is no such thing as a "best rapper," but he considers certain rappers to be part of a "high tier".
In his "high tier" list, it features Aesop Rock, Homeboy Sandman, Black Thought and King Los.
