Ludacris's court battle against Tamika Fuller over their 13 month daughter Cai was ugly. Custody disputes often are.
Fuller had accused Luda (Chris Bridges) of only marrying his longtime girlfriend Eudoxie Mbouguiyengue in December to impress the judge, and then accused Luda in court of trying to bribe her into having an abortion when she was pregnant with Cai. Ludacris turned around and said such statements from Fuller -- who was seeking an increase in child support payments as well as custody -- were creating a negative environment for their daughter.
The judge agreed more with Luda, and today the 37-year old was granted primary custody of Cai.
"After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter," Bridges told PEOPLE.Ludacris has another 13-year old daughter from a previous relationship.
