Before Teka$hi 69 came to Los Angeles for All-Star Weekend in February, he boldly taunted all of the Bloods and Crips out West by saying he didn't have to check in before arriving.
Yeah, his trip did end with a (possibly staged) fight in front of LAX. But he more or less made it out of town untouched.
There's still some bitterness about this on the left coast. In fact, Power 106 in LA has banned 69's new track for his old disrespect.

With all due respect, nobody who disrespects LA or my homies is getting any play on my show. Yo Game. Yo YG. You got my word tonight you will not be hearing this clown on my show," DJ Justin Credible said.
Credible did, however, play the Nicki Minaj part of 69's "Fefe". If 69 apologizes to LA, Credible says he will play his part, too.
Something tells us Teka$hi has bigger things to worry about than publicity hounding DJs.
