Lil Xan's and his fiancée Annie Smith have been accused of faking her pregnancy.
News came earlier this month that Xan was going to be a father, so last week he and Smith shared an ultrasound photo of their kid.
But soon after people saw the exact same ultrasound pic on the Internet when they Googled "week 9 ultrasound." Smith also said she was nine weeks pregnant, so people accused her and Xan of lying about the baby.
lil xan really thought he got us with this fake pregnancy bullshit. google “9 week ultrasound” and the photo he shows at 6:06 is literally the 8th result👀https://t.co/gjEvDdV7dG pic.twitter.com/YBdUvvckpF

Smith tried to explain the whole thing to E News, claiming someone took her ultrasound photo and placed them on Google.
"When I posted my YouTube video with my ultrasound pictures, a girl — I'm not going to comment on who —photoshopped them with another person's name, year, birthday etc., and uploaded them to Google ... I'm traveling and stressed at the moment, so I think for the baby and myself it's best to stay in a positive environment. I really am just staying off the Internet for the time being because it's really sad for me to see these things."
Xan — who recently did a stint in rehab for drug addiction — hasn't commented on any of this yet.
