Lil Xan got kicked out of the house he was staying in after leaving rehab.
TMZ reports that he was booted from an Airbnb in Palm Springs, Calif. after a pipe burst and flooded the house.
Additionally, the rapper's neighbors complained about loud music being played an called the cops. Nobody was arrested, but Xan was forced to leave the property, and one of his friends recorded the exchange he had with the police.
"What you're seeing is that I'm being detained," said Xan, who's been open about his struggles with addiction in the past. "I'm being detained for playing loud music at my Airbnb. The only difference is y'all have guns and we don't. Y'all have the thing to kill me and we don't. "
According to Xan's girlfriend, the whole downstairs area of the Airbnb got flooded and the chimney was damaged beyond repair.
