Lil Xan Is Facing Multiple Felonies

In November, Lil Xan kicked and struck with a microphone stand a concertgoer at a Boston show.

Xan said he did so because the dude tried to go Diddy on him.

"To people thinking I did what I did unprompted all need to chill. Buddy kept reaching for my dick. I gave him multiple warnings to stop but he did not and kept trying to touch me," said Xan on Instagram Live. "Am I proud of how l acted or handled the situation? Hell no. I feel terrible about it. I’m a human just like you, and I will be doing heavy reflecting after this."

That explanation wasn't enough to satisfy law enforcement, and this week, Xan was hit with two felony counts of assault and battery. One count for the microphone he allegedly swung from the stage, the other for allegedly kicking the man in the head.

It's unclear if Xan has turned himself in yet.
