Lil Xan Being Investigated for Assault With A Deadly Weapon

Lil Xan is currently being investigated by the LAPD'S Robbery-Homicide Division for pulling a gun on a heckler at a gas station.

 On Friday, Xan got into it with someone who confronted him for calling Tupac's music boring last year.

The Pac goon went to police after the incident.  According to TMZ, Xan is now facing a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. 

Xan said he pulled the gun because he feared the guy would attack him. Police are now trying to pull video from surrounding businesses and other buildings in the area that may have captured the entire argument. The cops also want to speak with the rapper to get his side.
