Lil Wayne could be in more gun trouble after a change of heart from his security guard.
Last month, Lil Wayne's security guard called the cops after he said Weezy pulled a gun on him during an argument over whether the guard took photos of Wayne and sent them to the media.
The cops didn't press charges against Wayne because the bodyguard had no marks on him from a fight and he told the police he didn't want to press charges once the cops arrived.
Now law enforcement is telling TMZ the guard is pushing for prosecution.
They also tell TMZ the guard's case remains weak and the speculation is he didn't like whatever payout Wayne offered him to keep his mouth shut.
Wayne has a history of gun crimes and served about a year on Rikers for gun possession.
