The Feds are not playing around when it comes to planes that rappers are on.
If you remember, Juice Wrld's plane was being searched by the feds when he consumed a large number of drugs to hide them, and ultimately died.
Now, it looks like Lil Wayne is in the same boat. The Young Money CEO flaunted 10 years of record label success earlier, but now he may be in hot water.
According to the Miami Herald, Wayne flew into Miami from California with other passengers on Monday aboard a private jet that was stopped by federal agents at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport.
Agents had received a tip about drugs possibly being transported and were seeking a search warrant. All of the passengers had to wait at the airport until federal agents and Miami-Dade police completed the search of the private aircraft.
As of now, it doesn't look like anyone has been charged.
Update: The Miami Herald is reporting the authorities found cocaine, opioids, and guns. So far no word about charges.
