Lil Wayne‘s tour bus shooter, Jimmy “Pee Wee” Winfrey, a.k.a. Peewee Roscoe, has been arrested again.
This time, the arrest happened in Las Vegas.
According to arrest and inmate records, Pee Wee was booked on three charges; battery, using a fake ID to evade justice and to satisfy an arrest warrant from another state.
Pee Wee was given a $5,000 bond for the identity theft charge but was denied bond on the other charges.
Those charges may be related to the YSL RICO trial, and he could be extradited.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 1 on the battery and identity theft charges, and another preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 12 on the arrest warrant from another state.

Winfrey was indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on four counts relating to state RICO charges. He went ghost after the indictment was announced by Fulton County DA Fani Willis. This comes on the heels of #Thug being denied a bond today.
