Lil Wayne explained why Drake isn't on Tha Carter V album

What Wayne hasn't commented on is the mystery surrounding the accusation that Birdman paid Jimmy Carlton Winfrey to shoot up Wayne's tour bus. The Cobb County DA's Office is still weighing whether to charge Baby and Young Thug in the 2015 crime, which Birdman has denied he had anything to do with.
