Lil Wayne took a week off Twitter after his now legendary social media blow up in which he blasted his "daddy" Baby and Cash Money for holding his creativity and Tha Carter V hostage.
He was back on Twitter last night, and just an hour ago posted this Tweet that we're thinking is a cryptic shot at The Birdman.
"YM!" would be Young Money, the Cash Money imprint that Weezy founded. "That's it. Nothing else," would appear to be Wayne's way of further distancing himself from his parent label.
The tweet was especially appropriate on a day that the the Nicki Minaj song 'Truffle Butter' leaked. Wayne and Drake were featured on the track, putting Young Money's three biggest stars in the same place.
How this all works out should be pretty fascinating. And of course there is still a chance this is all one big publicity stunt cooked up by "father and son."
