Lil Uzi Vert continues to have a tough time delivering his music to the masses.
Only this time he can't blame his Generation Now bosses DJ Drama and Don Cannon.
Uzi, who recently enlisted JAY-Z and Roc Nation in his fight against his label, dropped the track "Free Uzi" yesterday. It was quickly removed from Apple and Tidal because he raps over G Herbo's "Gangway" beat and he didn't clear the sample.
"Free Uzi" is still up on YouTube and could be returned to the other services if he makes things right with Herbo and company.
The fact Uzi's having sample clearance issues suggests his much-delayed album Eternal Atake isn't dropping anytime soon.
