Lil Uzi Vert Explains Why BBLs Are 'Underrated'

Lil Uzi Vert supports the BBL movement and doesn't understand why some people don't like them.

The rapper spoke about BBLs on Pitchfork's Over/Under interview series and said he understands why some women get them. [Head to the 6:00 mark]

"Underrated," said Vert about BBLs. "And the reason why I say underrated 'cause BBLs actually, like, get a lot of hate. Only people that be hating on BBLs, like, especially in, I guess, in the boy community is the ones that don't got no BBL girls. So, like, BBLs is lit. I mean they cool. Like, if a woman wanted to make they self look better in their eyes then I'm with it, so BBLs lit."

Vert's fondness of BBLs might have to do with his girlfriend JT having one. 

She tweeted about her backside earlier this year after someone said she should do a death drop on stage, a move where a person kicks one leg and lands on the ground with the other one folded behind them.
