Lil Twist Explains How He Became Justin Bieber's Weed Carrier

During American's racial reckoning this week, Justin Bieber admitted that he got his swag from black America.

Lil Twist was a recent guest on Mina SayWhat.  Bieber's old friend and weed carrier confirmed that he was among the black Americans who gave Biebs his swag and also explained how he became the Canadian crooner's weed carrier. 

"A that point it was like trash Lil Twist.  Not from Justin, I still love Justin to this day.  It was his team.  They has their knee metaphorically on my neck for years so they could keep [Justin] clean.  I took that heat," Twist explained.

“Told Justin and them they could put that on me in his early career because if they would’ve put weed charges on Justin in his early career it would’ve been bad on him.  I got a call one day and they said 'Twist, do you really love Justin'.  And I said 'yeah.'  They said, 'cool take the heat because you can come off a little weed charge.'"

"It got to the point where I didn’t even have to be there at times and they would still say ‘Twist did it, Twist did it, Twist did it.'  It got overwhelming.  It got out of hand."

Twist went on to say that his association with Bieber was a "gift and a curse," but more of a curse.

Twist does have a history of getting in trouble without Bieber.  In 2014, he notoriously beat, robbed, and pantsed Nickelodeon star Chris Massey and ended up serving time.
