Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones is suing Diddy for $30 million and accused him of sexual abuse.
But the disgraced mogul's legal team is trying to stop the suit and filed a motion to dismiss. So, Jones is stepping up his efforts to get paid, saying he'll name those who helped Diddy commit crimes if he has to.
"Plaintiff has opted not to name these individuals in this opposition to the motion to dismiss," said Jones' lawyer Tyrone Blackburn in a statement to the court. "If, in their reply, the defendants decide to foolishly look a gift horse in the mouth, then plaintiff will gladly supplement this opposition memo and provide the court with the identities of the individuals."
"The plaintiff will gladly replead and include the identity of the defendant’s accountant, as well as the account number which they used to commit their wire fraud, the travel agent who booked all of the flights and rented all of the chartered planes that Mr. Combs and the members of the Combs RICO enterprise used to traffic prostitutes."
Do you think Jones will ever see that $30 million?
