Chicago rapper Lil Jay has been a charged with the murder of 25-year old Filmon Rezene, who was shot and killed in Chicago on May 4, 2015.
He's been locked up in Cook County since then, and there have been reports that he's taken a deal and/or that the charges have been dropped down to conspiracy to commit murder or illegal discharge of a weapon.
The latest update on the case comes from Say Cheese TV. They have him still facing second-degree murder charges, and the trial date as April 10th, 2018.
According to Jay's camp, his homie snitched on him right after the cops brought Jay and three others in on Rezene's killing.
