Gunna may have pleaded out, but Young Thug is still locked up and facing RICO charges in Georgia.
In Lil Durk's new Future-featured track "Mad Max", he said he's lucky he wasn't also charged by the Fulton County DA.

"I could have been part of the RICO, I called Thug and told him every n*gga I shot," Durk rapped.
Durk is really tempting fate here.
Fulton County recently dropped attempted murder and other charges against Lil Durk, who had been accused of shooting a man outside of the Varsity restaurant in Atlanta in February of 2019.
Somebody was able to convince the DA's office that they wouldn't be able to prove that the late King Von wasn't the shooter so they felt there was no point going after Durk.
Now Durk is out here taking victory laps.
