We just got a Shams bomb about a Ball brother.
But not the Ball brother you'd expect.
According to the intrepid reporter, rapper LiAngelo Ball has signed a massive deal with Def Jam.
LiAngelo Ball has signed a deal with Def Jam and Universal Music Group, a representative from his label Born2Ball Music Group says. Sources said the deal is worth as much as $13 million, with $8 million guaranteed, and gives Ball full ownership of music and his own record label.

The deal guarantees LiAngelo $8 million and gives him full ownership of his music.
While those aren't quite the financial numbers his brothers put up for mostly not playing basketball, that's quite a score for a new artist.
Proving, once again, that LaVar wins in all situations that don't involve shoes.
Do you think Def Jam will get their money's worth?
