LeBron James is taking a break from social media.

He announced the hiatus after retweeting a message about how sports media has too many negative takes.

It's likely LeBron's move is related to online criticism of his son Bronny.

Bronny has struggled in his first two G-League games, averaging five points and three turnovers on 21 percent shooting, and social media hasn't been kind.

Bronny is also getting special privileges:  He's only playing home G-League games.

It seems like Bronny either has to get better or LeBron needs to develop thicker skin.
