It's official. Bronny James is a Los Angeles Laker, after being the 55th overall pick in the second round of Thursday's NBA draft.
He and his father LeBron James have now made history, being the first father, son duo to be in the NBA simultaneously.
LeBron broke his silence on the news early Friday morning on Instagram by sharing photos and videos of his boy.
"LEGACY!!!!!!" wrote King James.
But Bronny being drafted isn't without controversy. He only averaged 4.8 points a game, and 2.1 assists in his sole year at USC. So the term nepo baby is being tossed around.
"Textbook nepotism but ok," one person tweeted.
"Wasn't he like a 5PPG player in college shooting 40%?" wrote another.
What's your feeling about Bronny getting drafted?
