The NBA is three weeks away from returning to play after being suspended for COVID-19 in March. There will be 22 teams involved in the restart that all have a chance to make the playoffs, a structure that was announced in June.
All of the games and practices will be held at Walt Disney World Resort, known as the "bubble," where players will also live for the season. Some of them have already arrived, with the Los Angeles Lakers heading to Flordia today, July 9.
LeBron James sent a tweet about heading out and compared it to going to prison. The future Hall of Famer is probably sad about leaving his wife and kids for months on end.
Just left the crib to head to the bubble. Shit felt like I’m headed to do a bid man! Fr. Hated to leave the #JamesGang👑.

James' Los Angeles Lakers sat on top of the Western Conference with a record of 49-14 before the league shut down, so there's a good chance they could take it all. But their cross-town rivals the Los Angeles Clippers are right behind them in second place with a record of 44-20.
Do you think the Lakers will win the Finals this season and if so does it really count since the season is so disjointed?
