LeBron James and JJ Redick are set to launch a new podcast
Mind the Game's first episode drops tomorrow and will be available on YouTube and all podcast formats.
The roughly 45-minute show will run weekly and is being produced jointly by James and Redick's production companies.
Mind the Game is being marketed as a detailed-oriented discussion of basketball rather than a collection of hot takes.
“This is like two wine masters, sommeliers, talking about wine, not necessarily you or me arguing if I like Burgundy or Bordeaux better,” LeBron's business partner Maverick Carter told The Athletic.
James is still balling at a high level at 39. Redick played in the NBA for 15 years. He hoststhe Old Man And The Three podcast and is part of ABC/ESPN's number one NBA broadcast booth.

Consider their podcast, Mind the Game, a celebration of the sport as they discuss the state of the game, dissect X’s and O’s (like they do here), and wax poetic about the game they love. pic.twitter.com/lDf8ToVlHE
