Tony Buzbee is representing 120 victims of Diddy, including 25 minors.

Many of these cases will never reach a courtroom.

That's because Buzbee is starting to get settlements for his clients.

And the cash isn't coming from Puff.

According to Buzbee, other celebrities who were present at the freak-offs have started to buck up to keep their names out of the press.

"In every single case, especially cases like this … because it's in the best interests of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we've done that already with a handful of individuals, many of which you've heard of before," he told TMZ.

According to Buzbee, a person who attended one of Puff's parties could be liable even if they didn't get freaky.

"If you were there in the room, participated, watched it happen, and didn't say anything or helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem," he said.

He added that if and when a list of celebs who participated in the freak gets released, it will create a "firestorm."
