Yesterday, TMZ reported that information from Tekashi 6ix9ine led to charges against three people in the notorious Chief Keef NYC hotel incident.
Mohammed Gangat isn't 6ix9ine's lawyer. But he knows his legal team and has been following and commenting on the case from court. In his latest video dispatch, he poured cold water on TMZ's report:
"Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. It doesn't add up. The theory is, 6ix9ine is the ringleader. That's why they brought the RICO charges against him. They're saying he ordered the hit. Now, the person who orders the hit. He's not the guy who gets to make the deal. If anything, the shooter gets the deal. You don't make a deal with the kingpin, that doesn't make any sense. If the theory that he's the guy ordering the hit and they give him a deal, that doesn't make the Feds look good. So I don't believe it. "
Gangat's expertise aside, it could be the Feds don't really think 6ix9ine is the kingpin. (Because he most certainly wasn't.) Instead, they're leaning hard on the youngster because they think he'd be the easiest to flip, they want to take down the Tr3ways, and they want to make a big fat example out of a famous person.
What do you think?
