Jeremiah Shane Farmer, the Indiana Latin King who entered R Kelly's prison cell and gave him a vicious beating, has been sentenced to life in prison.
The 39-year old's sentence has nothing to do with what he did to Kells. Instead, Farmer will spend the rest of his life locked up in a Federal pen because he beat two senior citizens, Marion Lowry, 74, and Harvey Siegers, 67, to death with a hammer.
He also shot but didn't kill a woman because she wouldn't stop selling drugs to a neighborhood he claimed.
"The common sense interpretation of Farmer’s actions is that he took his mask off before shooting her again because he believed that she was going to die from the gunshots, and wanted his face to be the last thing that she saw," Assistant U.S. Attorney David J. Nozick wrote.
It's been reported that Farmer attacked Kelly because he was angry that pro-Kelly protestors had put the facility in lockdown. In court filings, Farmer says "the government made him attack" Kelly and that he hoped the assault would "shed light on government corruption."
