It won't be a Merry Christmas for Kodak Black.
Nor will it be a Happy New Year.
Yak has been in federal prison for about a week now, transferred from Florida state jail after he got caught with some cocaine -- a violation of his federal probation.
Kodak's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, petitioned the judge to allow Yak to go to a drug treatment facility.
Judge Jacqueline Becerra denied the request, calling Black a "danger to the community."
His next court appearance is January 9.
Until then, it's the federal prison FDC Miami.
