Kodak Black was arrested earlier this week for violating the terms of house arrest.
He did so by attending an Adrien Broner boxing match and spending time at a strip club. The 19-year old also missed some of his court mandated anger management courses.
Black's lawyers dispute the allegations. They claim he had permission to be at the boxing match, and that the strip club appearance could be classified as a "gig" -- which would be allowed under the terms of the house arrest. They believe that since all the allegations against Kodak are “technical violations” Black will be out of jail soon.
Atlantic Records has also released a statement on Black's behalf.
"We are sorry to hear about the recent circumstances surrounding Kodak Black," the statement said. "His lawyers are working diligently on this matter and are hopeful that this will be resolved by next week. The remainder of Kodak Black’s Back and Better tour has been postponed. Details on rescheduled tour dates [are] forthcoming."
