Kodak Black may have caught a break in his latest legal misadventure.
Black is being held without bail after being arrested for gun possession, weed possession, and child neglect last month.
But now the First Appearance Court judge who denied him that bail has been thrown off his case because a hot mic caught him making dodgy comments right before he locked Kodak up.
“I double the bond to those that take place in my neighborhood.” Judge Joel Lazarus accidental said into the mic. “Closer to my house, the higher the bond. That was always the Lazarus rule.”
Black was denied bond minutes after the judge said that.
Lazarus -- who claims he was just joking -- has been thrown off of Black's and all other criminal cases.
While this should lead to a reevaluation of Kodak's bond situation, it probably doesn't do much in terms of the charges against him.
