Kodak Black Was Arrested at Rolling Loud Because He Bought Legal Guns Illegally

Kodak Black was busted on gun charges by Federal and local agents just before his set at Rolling Loud in Miami.

Now we have more info on the arrest.

Black is said to have knowingly made a false or fictitious statement when he tried buying guns earlier this year, first in January and then again in March. At least one of those times the purchase went through

Black foolishly claimed on his firearm application he wasn't under indictment when he very clearly is facing charges in South Carolina. 

He could get over a year for the ruse.

"We need to see the evidence in order to fully evaluate the claims made against him," his lawyer Bradford Cohen told TMZ.
