Kodak Black is baffled about why Florida Highway Patrol still has his Dodge Durango and his nearly $75,000 of cash.
As reported, Yak was pulled over by authorities in July after they smelled weed in the car and besides the cash, they found 31 Oxycodone pills.
TMZ says the rapper already turned in his prescription for the pills and doesn't understand why he hasn't gotten his money or vehicle back.
Kodak's lawyer Bradford Cohen says his client carries high sums of cash because it's part of what rappers do. Plus, Yak is often paid in cash and has to pay for things on tour.
As for the car, Cohen said it's registered to the rapper's Sniper Gang label so he wasn't driving it illegally.
What's your theory on why police are still holding onto Yak's money and vehicle?
