Kodak Black says he'll now move differently after getting arrested on New Year's Day for trespassing.
As the Sun-Sentinel reports, Yak was visiting his old neighborhood in Pompano Beach, Florida, and was accused of violating a cease-and-desist letter from one of the Housing Authorities.
He was taken to Broward County jail afterward where he was released after posting a $25 bond.
Then after the arrest, Kodak said he's staying out of his old neighborhood but didn't seem happy about his decision.
“You know what? Stay out the hood,” he said Sunday, January 2 on Instagram Live. "Everything that I was trying to do, I always keep the hood in my mix. I always steady slide back to the hood. I don’t need to be going through there ... But how can you tell a n*gga who really from the streets, who really doing his sh*t, really did my sh*t out there?”
"N*ggas know what the f*ck going on with me," added Kodak. "They can never bash me, never say, ‘Oh I can’t come back to the hood.’ Never gonna say, ‘Oh yeah, he ain’t been back to the hood in a long time’… All that other sh*t over with."
Do you think Kodak is making a good decision by staying out of his old neighborhood?
