Kodak Black has been in federal prison for almost a month
His latest criminal ordeal started when the cops in Florida caught him with coke, oxycodone, and an expired license. That was a violation of his federal probation, and the feds came in and scooped him up.
Kodak was on probation for lying on a gun application, a charge he pleaded guilty to, and got 46 months. In January 2021, then-president Donald Trump commuted the last two-and-half years of the sentence, allowing him to come home.
However, because he wasn't pardoned, Yak may have to serve the rest of the sentence now that he's back in the system.
His next court hearing is on January 22.
