Last week it was reported Kodak Black was released from jail.
That was all based on a series of tweets from the 19 year old, which implied he had been bailed out and that he had also bonded out two new friends he had made on the inside.
But Black must have been Tweeting from a Broward County facility.
We've learned the judge still hasn't granted Black bail for violating his house arrest by attending a boxing match, going to a strip club, and missing his anger management course. The earliest that could happen is now March 20th, when Black will get his next hearing.
Kodak was under house arrest as part of a plea on charges of strong arm robbery, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a delinquent and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement. He had been facing up to 55 years in prison before taking the very generous deal he is now in violation of.
This is all separate from the pending sexual assault charges Kodak picked up in South Carolina last year.
