Kodak Black's "Super Gremlin" was up for Favorite Hip Hop Song at the American Music Awards on Sunday November 21, which is determined by fans. But Future's “Wait For U,” featuring Drake and Tems won.
Yak responded to the decision and was confused why he wasn't the victor.
“My sh*t Been In The Lead For Bout 2 Months, All A Sudden They Give My Sh*t Away TODAY! SMH I JUST KNEW I WON 😒,” wrote Kodak Black on his Instagram page, while showing a screenshot of the voting numbers.
Back in October, Kodak sent an angry message after "Super Gremlin" lost to Latto's "Big Energy" at the BET Hip Hop Awards and he dissed the Atlanta rapper in his reaction.
Do you think Future's "Wait For U" is a better song than "Super Gremlins?"
