Kodak Black is no longer facing three of the charges he caught after his Florida home was raided earlier this year, according to his lawyer Bradford Cohen.
The dropped charges are possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm and child neglect
Kodak still faces a second charge of possession of a weapon or ammunition, a charge of marijuana possession, and two counts of probation violations.
Black's latest arrest occurred after police were alerted to Kodak's Instagram Live, which showed him and his infant son in his home hanging out with several men holding guns and drugs.
Black, who is on probation as a part of plea deal he struck in 2016 on charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent, will remain in jail
Additionally, he is facing 30 years in South Carolina for criminal sexual conduct.
