Kodak Black Could Be In Trouble for Recording Government Official Apologizing To Him

There will be a proclamation to honor Kodak Black's charity work in Broward County.

The county's Commissioner Mark Bogen initially opposed the proclamation.  However, when he was told that Kodak was more than just gun crimes and sexual assaults, he ended up supporting it -- and calling Kodak to apologize for his initial reaction.

Kodak recorded three-plus-minute apology and put it on his Instagram page, where his followers mocked Bogen.

Recording a conversation without the other side's permission is a crime in Florida and Kodak is on probation.

Perhaps that's why he deleted the post and we can't find any copies of it on the Internet.

Neither the State Attorney’s Office nor Kodak's lawyers responded to requests for comment on Yak's post and delete, suggesting Kodak may get away with this crime, too.
