It's been reported that Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors injured his right leg while working out in Southern California on Wednesday, Nov. 18. He's now scheduled for an MRI on Thursday.
The 30-year-old shooting guard tore the ACL in his left knee in Game 6 of the 2019 NBA finals against the Toronto Raptors, and the Warriors are worried that he suffered the exact same injury.
"It's one of those deals where you don't really know until you know," Warriors General Manager Bob Myers told reporters. "You can be hopeful; you can be concerned. I'm probably all those combined, and until we know more tomorrow, I'll just hope for good news."
At least one blue check is saying it's a torn achilles, which would put him out for the year.

Whether Thompson plays in this upcoming season or not, do you think the Warriors will be able to be championship contenders again anytime soon?
