Tasha K may want to pick another career because she's already lost a $4 million defamation suit to Cardi B, and now she's being sued by Kevin Hart.
The actor and stand-up comic is suing Tasha for extortion after it's said she threatened to release a tell-all interview with his former assistant Miesha Shakes.
According to Hart, Tasha wanted $250,000 to keep the interview from going public, so he sent a cease and desist letter while refusing to pay.
"You have already engaged in criminal conduct and tortious acts that would entitle Mr. Hart to monetary damages against you should he elect to commence civil litigation regarding this matter," it says in court docs. "To the extent that you do not cease and desist now, your liability for such monetary damages will increase, as will your exposure to criminal penalties."
"In advance of your threatened publication of the story, you posted a 'teaser' with Ms. Shakes on YouTube which clearly was intended as a threat, sending a message to Mr. Hart's team that the more detailed story would not be published if - and only if - the ransom is paid," the docs also read.
Tasha has yet to respond.
