Like many rappers before him, Drake isn't shy about putting his favorite NBA players in his bars.
The Raptors team ambassador has recently rapped about Golden State warrior stars Steph Curry and Draymond Green. In his latest album VIEWS, The 6 God shouts out to another Western Conference star -- Kevin Durant -- in the lyrics of 'Weston Road Flows'.
“A lot of people just hit me up when my name is mentioned, Shout out to KD we relate we get the same attention. It’s rainin’ money, Oklahoma City Thunder, The most successful rapper 35 and under," Drizzy raps.Durant was asked about the name drop before the Thunders Game 2 match up with the Spurs.
"Nice song," Durant said, before telling reporters he didn't know he was going to be mentioned beforehand. "When your favorite rapper puts your name in a song, it makes you feel like you made it."It's certainly better than the torture Lil B and the Based God have put KD through over the years.
