Kay Flock has been arrested for second-degree murder...
The 18-year Bronx rapper allegedly walked into a Harlem barbershop on December 16 and spotted one of his opps, who he eventually shot and killed.
While the incident is most likely gang related, new video footage paints a different story to what police are saying happened.
In the clip, it shows Kay Flock walking by the barbershop, and seconds later a few men walk out of the shop and appear to be heading his direction.
This is obviously a different story of Flock entering the barbershop and initiating the beef.
