Karl Malone popped up on the last night of The Last Dance as one of Michael Jordan's more worthy opponents.
Then Twitter reminded everyone that when Karl Malone was a 20-year-old basketball star he impregnated a 13-year-old girl and then was dodgy with the child support.
Karl Malone is pure scum. How you 20 years old in college and messing with a 13 year old child.... that’s rape. Then you don’t claim your kid or pay child support... then want to be a dad magically after the kid graduates high school.....TRASH.

Malone's son KJ Malone, who was born years later, defended his dad.
"I’m probably going to get a lot of backfire for this. My mom is probably going to get mad at me. But at the end of the day I’m doing this for my family. Just standing up for my dad. He made a mistake, but at the end of the day, he’s still a great dad. He still takes care of Demetress. Demetress is my brother, I love him to death."
Demetress (@meechiebell) was the result of Malone's 1983 encounter with a very underage girl and does now seem to be a part of the Malone family.
