Kanye West has been pretty public with his money issues.
But if his new contract with adidas reaches its full potential, 'Ye will never have to worry about cash again.
Yesterday, the sporting goods giant announced that their new deal with West includes retail shops that will sell Yeezys and other Kanye goods.
Sources tell TMZ that 'Ye is getting a top notch design team from adidas, and that if everything goes right with the stores and the merchandising the deal could ultimately be worth up to a billion dollars.
In December, Lebron James signed a lifetime sneaker contract with Nike that should be worth over a billion dollars.
West's deal doesn't seem like it's as much of a sure thing. But if it does work out, 'Ye could become the richest man in rap.
If that happens, we're sure he'll tell us all about it.
